Becky Carnes-Miller

Executive Director

Becky Carnes-Miller is the Executive Director of Eastern Kentucky Concentrated Employment Program, Inc., where she oversees workforce development activities in 23 counties. Prior to EKCEP, she served 22 years with KCEOC Community Action Partnership in Barbourville, KY, most recently as workforce services/economic development director. 

Becky holds an MBA from Union College and serves on several boards, including the Southeast Kentucky Industrial Development Authority (SKIDA) Board and the National Association of Workforce Development Professionals (NAWDP) Board. She has been elected to serve s KY Representative for SETA and has been honored by Union Commonwealth University as part of their “50 Under 50” program.
